Localites is an hyperlocal shopping and marketing platform - with the goal of nurturing and scaling innovative businesses that can thrive within our local communities.

Our mission is to identify businesses with products and services that are not only unique and impactful but also viable and sustainable in specific local ecosystems. By bringing these businesses onto a single, unified platform, we enable them to grow, reach wider audiences, and compete more effectively without losing their local identity.

2. How does localites work?
For a shopper, It’s easy like any other e-commerce or delivery app. Just download the ‘Localites IN’ app from Play store or App Store.

As a Merchant, onboarding your storefront is even easier. Just a 3-step process to create stall, pay one-off onboarding fees and add products to go LIVE - all done in less than 30 minutes.

3. Do I have to pay to use localites?
Shopper can access localites for FREE. You just pay for the products you buy and no extra charges.

Merchants pay a flat 12% success fee on order value - No monthly subscriptions, platform fees or any other charges.

4. What are the charges to sell on localites?
Merchants can create their own storefront or have it created for them with a one-off ‘Onboarding Charges’ - No monthly subscriptions !!

A flat 12% ‘success fee’ is charged as and when you get an order.

5. Does localites do delivery?
We offer merchants three options with order delivery - Storefront Pickup, Self delivery and through ‘Delivery as a service’ merchants on the platform. Delivery merchants charge hourly rates for scheduled delivery window as per merchant’s convenience.

6. What products are sold on localites?
Localites offers products and services across multiple service categories like Food & Drink, Beauty, Professional, Home & Living, Tutor, Travel, and more.

Whether it’s food, fashion, wellness, or everyday essentials, we consolidate these offerings in a way that makes discovery and access seamless for local consumers.
